Our Service provides AI-powered art generation tools that allow users to create digital artwork based on text prompts or other inputs. The Service includes both free and premium features accessible through our mobile application.
Some features of our Service require user registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may request to delete your account at any time through the app. Upon deletion, your account and all personal information will be permanently removed from our active systems. However, some information may remain in our backups for a limited time. Any published images or content may continue to be accessible if they were shared publicly before account deletion. Your subscription status will not automatically be canceled when deleting your account - you must separately manage your subscription through your app store account.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of the subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your app store account settings.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your creations for the purpose of providing and improving our Service, and for marketing purposes.
You agree not to use our Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them.
Our Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit permission.
Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using our Service will be accurate or reliable.
